Mentoring Collective

What We Offer

The NHWHE Mentoring Collective program is designed to cultivate meaningful connections, empower leadership growth, and strengthen the higher education community across New Hampshire. Grounded in collaboration and community, the program aims to support participants across career stages, roles, and institutional contexts.

The program features a dynamic mentoring model that brings together a panel of mentors with a cohort of mentees in a group mentoring setting that fosters reciprocal learning, shared expertise, and professional advancement. Session topics include Career Paths, Leadership Styles & Philosophies, Team and Organization Culture, Managing Up, Laterally, and Outside My Role, and Leadership Opportunities and Succession Planning.

  • "What inspires me most about mentoring is witnessing that moment when someone begins to see their own potential more clearly and starts to act on it. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how a well-timed conversation, a bit of encouragement, or thoughtful feedback can shift someone’s trajectory."
