Pamme Boutselis
Pamme Boutselis is an award-winning writer and content producer, now working as a senior director of content marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. A bachelor’s and master’s in communication—earned as an adult learner—positively impacted her life and career, melding decades in diverse industries with professional and academic knowledge and experience. Rosemary M. Caron, PhD, MPH, is an accomplished public health and higher education leader with 25+ years’ experience. She works in the Academic Affairs Office of Saint Anselm College, where she provides strategic leadership and operational coordination for graduate education. She enjoys travel, family, and art history. Drawing on her experience across career stages, she is committed to fostering growth and resilience.
Joyce Larson
Mentoring Collective Panel Facilitator Joyce Larson has worked in higher education for over 25 years, in both public and private, 2- and 4-year institutions. She has held leadership roles in enrollment management, the office of the registrar, and is currently the Director of Institutional Research at Saint Anselm College. Stephanie Faxon is an Associate Dean of Academic Effectiveness at Southern New Hampshire University, where she is passionate about developing people, strengthening teams, and establishing psychologically safe cultures where individuals can thrive. With more than a decade of leadership experience, she specializes in change management, mentoring, and empowering others to grow with confidence and purpose. She has been recognized with SNHU's Excellence in Leadership Award and is known for leading with empathy, curiosity, and a people-first mindset.
Stephanie lives on a 40-acre homestead in Webster, NH with her husband, their two children, and their chocolate lab. Together, they grow food, raise chickens, produce maple products, and are committed to giving back by sharing harvests and helping address food insecurity within their community. Kelsey Taylor
Mentoring Collective Panel Program Manager Kelsey Taylor is the Assistant Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies at Colby-Sawyer College. She has worked in higher education for 10 years in a variety of different roles.
