She has held leadership roles in enrollment management, the office of the registrar, and is currently the Director of Institutional Research at Saint Anselm College. With more than a decade of leadership experience, she specializes in change management, mentoring, and empowering others to grow with confidence and purpose. She has been recognized with SNHU's Excellence in Leadership Award and is known for leading with empathy, curiosity, and a people-first mindset.

Stephanie lives on a 40-acre homestead in Webster, NH with her husband, their two children, and their chocolate lab. Together, they grow food, raise chickens, produce maple products, and are committed to giving back by sharing harvests and helping address food insecurity within their community.
