 • Provide overall program vision, strategy, and direction

 • Determine resource needs and priorities

Program Management(priority need)

 • Coordinate committee meeting logistics

 • Manage cohort registration and participant tracking

 • Form mentorship cohorts and sessions

 • Develop session scripts and materials

 • Handle participant communications and scheduling

 • Provide co-facilitation and technical support during sessions

This role may feel familiar to members who have experience with NHWHE conference registration, session planning, or program coordination, as many of the processes are intentionally similar and intuitive.

 • Helps strengthen NHWHE’s sustainability and growth by:

 • Supporting fundraising initiatives and campaigns

• Identifying sponsorship opportunities

• Assisting with donor engagement and stewardship

 • Collaborating with the Board on long-term financial strategy

 • Plays a key role in shaping NHWHE’s educational and networking offerings by:

 • Assisting with event and program planning

 • Supporting speaker recruitment and proposal review

 • Helping design engaging, mission-aligned programming

 • Ensuring programs reflect member needs and interests

By serving on a committee, you will:

 • Contribute directly to NHWHE’s mission and strategic goals

 • Collaborate with a passionate network of higher-education professionals

 • Develop leadership, project management, and governance experience

 • Help shape meaningful programs that support women across higher education

Averaging approximately 5 hours per month, including monthly meetings
