IKIGAI Reflections: Building a Life of Meaning and Purpose
Afternoon Session 1:00 - 1:50 PM
Can a Japanese approach be your key to living a more meaningful life? This session will explore IKIGAI (pronounced eeky-guy), the Japanese philosophy on building a life of purpose, meaning and resilience through self-reflection, authentic soul searching and visualization. Participants will learn about the four key ideas of IKIGAI and how they come together through introspection and honest self-assessment to reveal self-actualization, or rather, the purpose and meaning in life, which is unique to everyone.
