We are excited to invite you to January’s NHWHE Insight Circle! This month, we’ll be drawing from Working Identity to explore a practical question: How does our sense of self relate to the work we do over time?

We’ll use a few core ideas from the book to examine how our relationship with work evolves as roles, responsibilities, and priorities change.

Sample discussion prompts include:

• Is there an identity you’ve outgrown - professionally or personally - that still influences expectations (your own or others’)?

• Where do you experience alignment between your values and your day-to-day work? Where do you notice misalignment?

This discussion is intended for thoughtful, experienced women who want structured time to reflect without pressure to share. Participation can include speaking from personal experience, responding to others’ insights, or listening.
