Cultivating Connection and Leadership: Introducing NHWHE’s Mentoring Program
Mentor Program Presentation
This exciting unveiling of the NHWHE Mentorship Program will outline a transformative new initiative designed to cultivate meaningful connections, empower leadership growth, and strengthen the higher education community across New Hampshire.
This engaging session will introduce a dynamic mentoring model that connects mentees with a diverse network of experienced higher education leaders while fostering a culture of reciprocal learning, shared expertise, and professional advancement for both mentors and mentees. Grounded in collaboration and community, the program aims to support participants across career stages, roles, and institutional contexts.
Members of the Mentoring Committee and program mentors will share the vision and goals of the initiative, introduce members of the mentor panel, and highlight how the program will be structured to promote sustained growth and impact. Participants will also have the opportunity to provide input, ask questions, and learn how to get involved as the program launches.
Whether you are seeking guidance, hoping to mentor others, or looking to expand your professional network, this session will inspire you to be part of a supportive community dedicated to advancing women in higher education.
